South Korea: Google Perform Cyber Crime






Company search engine and Google's online advertising, allegedly violated the state constitution of South Korea. Conjecture was proposed by South Korean police on Thursday (13 / 1), who reported the case to state prosecutors. As proclaimed Associated Press, Google was accused of collecting electronic mail and other personal information through an unsecured wireless network from the account owner.

Jung Suk-hwa, the police in charge of the investigation, said, "Google negligent inprotecting critical information or data users. Google had violated two rules of SouthKorea, it will be subject to fines of up to 50 million won." he explains.


United States Internet company that has worldwide had also been prosecuted for takingphotos environment in South Korea for Google Maps in October 2009 and May 2010.


In addition to the international investigation, some 40 U.S. states also review further information to prove concretely that Google has proved to access electronic mail,passwords, and other personal data.
